This market will resolve as YES if Joe Biden leads the RCP polling average over Donald Trump in states and congressional districts equaling 270 or more electoral votes at any point in the 2024 election cycle. Otherwise, this market will resolve to NO.
Any state or congressional district without an average in the RCP will be assigned to the candidate who won it in 2020.
