Cygames pushed a major new update to Umamusume global today. It has also introduced quite a few bugs (character events not working, distorted audio, missing card updates, game crashes, etc.). So far there has been radio silence from Cygames, who has not yet acknowledged that anything is broken.

Resolves YES if an update is made available to users that claims to address at least one of the issues before end of day Saturday 15, Anywhere on Earth. This includes if the patch does not actually work, only the intent matters.

Resolves NO if no update is deployed, or if Cygames confirms this is intended behavior.

Fixes must be after market creation.
