Either counts. If he STARTS a stream that lasts 12 hours talking about it, then releases it after, it will go based off of the first "release", that is, whether or not Destiny was live when he first started talking about it on stream.
If he releases the article before announcing/releasing it on stream, it will resolve based on the release time. Meaning, was Destiny live when he released it.
I will take a tweet to be the "official release" if it says "read the article here" or "talking about the article now, here"
If MrGirl schedules the release, like "releasing the article in 24 hours" then this resolves NO.
Close date may be extended if article is not released. I think it increases engagement to have a shorter resolution date. I'll cancel the market if he dies or something and doesn't release it.
Clarification (11 March 2023): Following an announcement
Announcement must be 24 hours in advance to be valid
If Mr Girl announces "Releasing the article on April 1st at 12.00PM" and it releases either
a) >2 hours earlier than expected, then that voids the announcement (resolves YES)
UNLESS: Everyone is sitting around waiting for it, e.g. Destiny is on stream, saying, "just release it now so I can go over it" or something like that (as it would not be sudden)
b) >6 hours later than expected, then that will void the announcement (resolves YES)
UNLESS: Mr Girl "updates" the announcement, by tweeting, "sorry, delays, it will release in 6 hours", etc.

Hey guys I posted clarifying information regarding announcements, let me know if you feel this clarification represents a significant change to your market expectations.
The key "spirit of the market" is still:
Will it be suddenly released
Is Destiny live when it releases
Hope everyone accepts the new announcement terms.
