Not sure which particular source if any you want to consider authoritative for the purposes of this market. It's possible that mainstream news like the BBC will simply not report on it, though that seems a little unlikely.
@BorisBartlog The focus is now on Ukraine so I am sure that the BBC and other sources would cover it, especially as Trump has given Zelenskyy until the 27th to make a big decision on the “peace deal”
