Basically just trying to keep a record of how my current intuition compares against my eventual calculation.

I am currently writing a report on pull funding for indoor air quality technology, which will involve a detailed cost-benefit analysis to be completed by Feb 20. After some brief consideration/research (~10 min), I'm guessing that a pull fund of about $500 million will be best for fueling air cleaning tech R&D and adoption. If the cost-benefit calculation/report recommendation lands within 25% of that number, I will resolve YES. If the eventual estimate has a larger difference from my initial intuition, or if the report does not advocate for pull funding at all, I will resolve NO.
