This market will resolve to YES if Tesla's stock (TSLA) closes below $114.00 on any trading day during the 2025 calendar year (January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025).
The market will resolve to NO if TSLA does not close below $114.00 on any trading day during 2025.
Resolution will be based on the official closing price as reported by NASDAQ. Stock splits that occur during 2025 will be accounted for when determining if the threshold has been reached.
