@Tyler31 Good catch on 1960, I updated the description. And yes, using VAP

2020 was basically a perfect storm for driving registration and turnout numbers. Every presidential rematch in history has had lower turnout than the previous election. This may be the third election in the row between two relatively unpopular candidates, not good for Gen Z turnout.
