Since I don't expect this question to be very subjective, I may decide to participate in this market.

Around 3 months ago 73 were unionised and 237 open and now 200 are unionised with 83 open (implying that 127 stores unionised in those 3 months); things seem to be developing fast enough that reaching 250 unionised locations by the end of the year is pretty likely.
It's likely that the pace of new stores deciding to unionise will slow, but it seems like 82 have already filed to form a union, which is more than enough to put the total number over 250 by year's end.
