@tlaloc No,because the market criteria are self contradictory. While the NO criteria has been triggered, the YES criteria says “or says he intends to vote for Donald Trump”. Pence might still reveal that while he does not endorse Trump, he does plan to personally vote for Trump because of greater ideological differences with Harris. The YES criteria emphasizes that “anytime” prior to Election Day would qualify, which is stronger than the language for the NO criteria.
I’m not sure how this should resolve if both YES and NO are met
