If at any point before 2024, you can buy more than 7 PLN for 1 USD, this question resolves YES. If the exchange rate gets close enough that there is ambiguity, I will bias towards a YES resolution. If PLN is replaced by a new currency, or Poland accepts Euro before this time (completely unlikely), this will resolve N/A.

Currently, the exchange rate is 5.01, the highest it's ever been. However, with very high inflation in Poland, interest rates not catching up, and geopolitical instability, I think it makes sense to speculate the currency might collapse further.
