This market forecasts the first date CTO.new stops offering a generous free allocation on any “frontier” coding model. It doesn't have to be absolute SOTA - but it has to at least comparable to what is available at the ~20 usd plan from an openai or anthropic. “Generous” = ≥50,000 total tokens/day (input+output) available to a new account, not tied to a short promo (<30 days). Temporary outages don’t count. Re-introductions later don’t matter; we resolve on the first qualifying end date. If there is doubt between two buckets, I will bias towards the later one
