I built a 12' dodecagonal gravel pad to support a 30 inch deep pool a few years ago. Now the liner needs replacement and my kids are older, so I wanted a deeper version. Unfortunately, 12' x 48" pools are quite elusive. Twice I tried purchasing a Bestway 56420, one via Alibaba, one via eBay. Both sellers failed to deliver. I just found this generic model from a seller on amazon with only one creepy but positive review for a "companion doll". So what are the odds this guy's legit?
Delivery is projected to arrive March 13th to March 23rd. If I don't get credible tracking details by then, or if the package fails to be delivered by April 30th, or does not contain the expected product, this market will resolve NO. Otherwise it will resolve yes when the package arrives with the expected contents.

The tracking number is legitimate it shows shipping for a 106 lbs. package has been paid for, but FedEx has not recieved the package yet. Apparently this is not uncommon for large items shipped from China, but this still doesn't confirm the item has actually been shipped.

Since it is now the Chinese New Year, many departments are on vacation, and the shipment is expected to be completed on the 22nd. However, the sea freight space has been very tight recently. I may submit a virtual tracking number in advance to ensure securing the sea freight space, and I will update the tracking number after the ship departs.

Dear user, the product has arrived at the Chinese customs and is currently waiting in line to board the ship. For now, it has a virtual tracking number, which I will update later.
@CrypticQccZ I got my money back both times. And since this is an amazon order there's little risk. I have until may to find a suitable replacement and kind of have my heart set on the 48 inch model. Sure, I've been burned twice, but I think the fact that this is a generic branded pool actually bodes well. I say it's worth the shot, even if my odds are low.
Update: I placed the order at 12:10 PM EST. At 10:00 AM today I recieved the following message from the seller:
