There have now been two 5th circuit cases about this subject, U.S. v Rahimi and U.S. v Perez-Gallan. Both of these cases held that under Bruen, there is not enough historical tradition of firearm regulation in the US to take away guns from domestic abusers. If a challenge to these circuit decisions is heard by the Supreme Court, or a case about the same subject, this market will resolve YES. If not, this market will resolve NO.
