This market resolves YES if the displayed market value is at or below 20% for 1 hour or more, consecutively. It resolves NO if this has not happened by the closing date, which is a bit more 1 week after creation of this market (so that the closing time is US-friendly)

To be precise: It will resolve YES if the displayed timestamp of the trade putting the market at or below 20% must be >= 1 hour before the first timestamp of any trade putting the market value above 20%. I will use the displayed percentages (rounded to single percentage points) and displayed times when mousing over a trade (rounded to the nearest second).

If the market closes below 20%, but it reached 20% less than an hour before closing time, this market resolves NO.

This market will stay open for at least 1 minute after the YES condition has been triggered, allowing anyone (including me) to profit off this.
