There will be a delay between the YES condition being triggered and the market resolving, that can be used to trade.

@DuSusisu Which limit order didn't get filled? If it was at 59%, that's not a bug. The market going down to 59% won't necessarily fill 59% limit orders - it will only fill them if someone tried to push it below 59%.
