This will resolve NO if there is an (uninterrupted) hour period while this market is open without a single NO bid worth at least 20 mana on this market.
It resolves YES if this has not happened by the closing date, roughly 1 week after opening.

This market will stay open for at least 1 minute after the NO condition has been triggered, allowing anyone (including me) to profit of this.
