The Zeitpyramide is an art project in Wemding, Germany. When completed, it will have 120 large concrete blocks in a pyramid formation. One block gets placed every decade, meaning that the pyramid will be completed in 3183.

(It's motivated by the fact that in 1993, the town celebrated its 1,200th anniversary, so the idea is that for the next 1,200 years it will be under construction, unfortunate fencepost errors aside.)

There are currently 4 blocks. Will the remaining 116 be placed on schedule? By "on schedule", I will require that the block is placed in the correct year, but otherwise allow wiggle room. It seems that the first four blocks have been on a different date each decade but they've all been in the year XXX3. If a block is placed too early or too late (as in, in the wrong year), market resolves NO. Otherwise, resolves YES in the year 3183 when the 120th block is placed.

It's possible I won't be able to resolve the market in 3183, so I'm happy for the mods to resolve in my stead.
