For example, this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_population_by_country

starts with "As of 2020, the world's "core" Jewish population (those identifying as Jews above all else) was estimated at 15 million". If there is a sentence in the same context but where that number is 16 million, market resolves YES. Otherwise resolves NO, unless somebody makes a strong case in the comments for a better source.
