Would an Obligation mechanic count?

I sent you 100 mana, but in a month the system automatically takes 100+1 mana from you and gives it me? Non-centralised loan system.

@KongoLandwalker for this market, no, that would not count. I'm looking for a way to actually send mana, not just loan it. (Although as a former loan broker I would be very excited by such a system!)
