In other words, take 1000 now and give me back 1040 in a month. Happy to discuss terms, such as larger or smaller loan or longer durations. For smaller loans I might increase the interest rate a bit: There's a certain amount of admin in keeping track of lots of small loans.
Note that this is a special low interest rate to attract interest. In the past I used to offer 6%, and I might return to that soon. Obviously once you've taken a loan, the interest rate for that loan is locked in, but the rate for new loans will probably go up soon. So get 'em while they're cheap! (4% per month might not sound cheap, but there are plenty of opportunities on Manifold offering better returns than that.)
