Will resolve YES if it's possible to read and upload fanfiction on the site in January 2030. If the site happens to be down at the start of the year, will still resolve YES if it comes back up before the end of the month.

Will resolve NO if this isn't possible, and may resolve NO early if the site officially closes down or is unavailable for six months without an official announcement.
