Resolves YES if Max Verstappen races in any Grand Prix of the 2028 Formula 1 season.

There's been rumours of when Max Verstappen will retire from F1, and recently his race engineer GP has switched to McLaren for 2028. Verstappen has also said he's very unhappy with the new regulations. Will he retire, or will he race in 2028?
