In any of the games they'll play, will Ruler be up 1000 gold at the 14 minute mark (generally end of laning), this resolves YES, otherwise NO.
Results can be retrieved from the live stream on https://lolesports.com/schedule?leagues=worlds,wqs
Market closes after the match finishes. I may bet to gain the leftover liquidity to fund further markets. Resolution will usually take a day until I've watched the actual match, it will take a maximum of 36 hours after the match finishes.
This is a fairly arbitrary, but objective definition. Also always shown ingame which allows us to easily determine results. Other definitions for future markets also appreciated.

The lane snapshot shows the state at 14:00, though they present it later, and that shows 933. Though if there's replay files out there or a different way to determine it I'm also open to that
@Kabose that works for future games iff I capture it right in the moment, but you can't look those back.
@Kabose Game 4 the snapshot said 1033, though my screenshot said ~980.

So as game 3 was the other way around, by both measures this market resolves YES
@Fedor Yeah I saw that ! I think the live tracking on the lolesport website is more trustable!
