This market tracks whether the seven SOEs transferred to Danantara will outperform the broader Indonesian market.
The seven SOEs officially transferred from the Ministry of SOEs to Danantara on February 24, 2025 are Bank Mandiri, BRI, PLN, Pertamina, BNI, Telkom Indonesia, and MIND ID. With combined assets of approximately Rp 14.72 quadrillion (~$900 billion), Danantara aims to become one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds.
Resolution Criteria: This market resolves YES if a market-cap weighted index of the publicly traded companies transferred to Danantara (Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI, Telkom, and any publicly traded subsidiaries of Pertamina, PLN, or MIND ID) outperforms the IDX Composite Index by more than 5 percentage points over the 12-month period from February 24, 2025 to February 24, 2026.
This market resolves NO if the combined performance is equal to or less than 5 percentage points above the IDX Composite during the measurement period.
The market will resolve N/A if the Danantara structure is significantly altered during the measurement period in a way that affects the composition of the seven core SOEs.
