This market resolves YES if any of the following agencies formally announces the launch of a criminal investigation (penyidikan) related to Indonesia's new Coretax/SIAP tax system implementation by the end of 2025:

• Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)

• Attorney General's Office (Kejaksaan)

• Indonesian National Police (Polri)

To qualify, the investigation must:

1. Be formally announced as a penyidikan (not just preliminary inquiry/penyelidikan) (announcement of suspects will suffice).

2. Specifically target potential criminal wrongdoing in the procurement, development, or implementation of Coretax

3. Be announced through official channels or reliably reported by major Indonesian news outlets

The investigation may target corruption, fraud, embezzlement, criminal negligence, or other violations of Indonesian criminal law related to the system.

Market resolves NO if no such formal criminal investigation is launched by the deadline.
