If somone was to intentionally raise a kid and shaped its world view with the intentional goal of making it a nazi can we actualy blame it for its actions or at that point is it like more of a product? or like an A.I
Blame is a tool in my eyes, we make up blame to help solve social issues. We blame because we are identifying the most useful place to intervene and correct a problem. Ie. is the driver that hit a person at fault, or the vehicle manufacturer for designing a car capable of hitting someone? Deeming either is at fault provides an option for solving the problem, but one of the blame-ings is much more productive and nondestructive. The most productive option is the one that we think of as truly at fault, even though both are technically responsible to a degree. I believe that the manufactured Nazi is to blame in the sense that they will and should have to bear the consequences of their actions.
@ian I wanna say no. they are basically a product. i guess you could attempt to recondition them but even then you cant be sure they would change.
