Aha. User that created the market has been banned. @Austin How does resolution work for markets from banned creators?

@brp Being banned means they can't create markets, posts, or comments. However, they seem to be active, and had traded both yesterday and today.

@XComhghall Are they allowed to resolve markets?

@brp Haven't been banned, but I think so. Daily Rewards was banned, but resolved their last remaining markets.
