On a similar or greater scale of his realigning of non-college Whites in 2016 and White Hispanics in 2020. I won't be concrete to what that means as of yet, but a good boundary mark will be if reputable surveys demonstrate Trump has won more than 18% of the Black vote (Pew says he won 8% in 2020).
