Things that count:

Missing or discoloured tooth

Discoloured pixel in eye, eg purple or red

Discoloured pixel on skin

Many pixels depicting something else over part or all of the face

Things that don't count:

Ambiguous pixels that could be an awkwardly rendered feature, like a black pixel that makes an eye too wide or a shaded skin pixel that's arguably better unshaded.
