Sublingual vitamin delivery is 1/2 for me: gargling iodine cured my hypothyroidism, but EZMelt multilinguals did not appear to do anything. I'm now trying Feroglobin, a liquid containing Iron, Zinc, and several other vitamins. Will I judge it to be a success, based on my first set of test results after 7/11?
