Resolves YES if any rider from Visma - Lease a Bike OR any other team uses this helmet in either the Tour de France or Tour de France Femmes in 2024. My understanding is Canyon-SRAM is also using Giro helmets this season and will be at the TDFF.
If no team uses this helmet in the 2024 Tour de France (or TDFF), this resolves NO. The TDFF is planned to have one ITT stage. The TDF has two.
Although the title uses the team name, all this needs to resolve yes is ONE SINGLE RIDER, not the entire team. And a debadged version or a slightly altered version will also resolve Yes.
If the UCI 'bans' this helmet we can discuss an early No resolution, but I am not going to guarantee that. (I think it would be wise to not spend 10,000 mana on No shares if they ban it.)

Apparently Michael Rogers has either quit or been fired from his position as UCI "innovation manager" -- this could be related to the helmet rules situations as my understanding is his role dealt with things like this.
I haven't been able to decipher the Dutch/Belgian interpretation of this to the degree necessary to trade on the news, though. I don't know which side of the helmet wars he fought on.
@CHGJ What do you think -- is this helmet actually faster in a significant way over the team's other available TT helmets? Do you buy the 5-10 seconds per 10km claim?
@Eliza so far, it looks like the opposite, Jonas lost 22 seconds in 10K yesterday with respect to Ayuso, and today in TTT Visma lost 38 seconds in 27K with respect to UAE. Maybe you gain time in theory, but then in real life you feel so embarrassed by wearing it that you actually under-perform 😂
