Resolves Yes if he signs an active contract for a different team before 2025.
That is, he has to sign a 2024 (or 2023??) contract with a different team. Or somehow retire/cancel his Bora contract. It should be shown on the UCI roster pages. It doesn't matter if he rides for the different team. A mid-season transfer, cancellation of Bora contract, etc. all count.
Resolves Yes after it happens, as reflected by UCI roster pages. If the UCI page temporarily removes him in error, that is not enough to resolve Yes. (UCI pages sometimes have....weirdness...).
Resolves No if it doesn't happen by 31 December 2024.

@Eliza The question asks if he will leave Bora by December 31, 2024 though. So if on the UCI roster page, it changes on January 1, 2024, it'll still resolve yes. We have ~376 more days! Thank goodness it's a leap year.
