Resolves Yes promptly when the named rider has won 2 stages, based on the podium presentation at the time of the 3rd stage won. Future results changes after the 2nd stage win podium will not re-resolve the market. (If a rider has won an earlier stage but already been disqualified, that stage will not count toward the 2 stage wins.)

@JCE not in great shape, he's getting dropped on every climb. He's been complaining that he doesn't have a good lead out from his team
@egroj Apparently he intentionally gained some kgs, in consultation with his new team, and wanted to be a stronger sprinter. The result was he's just too heavy.
