Resolves Yes promptly when the named rider has won 2 stages, based on the podium presentation at the time of the 3rd stage won. Future results changes after the 2nd stage win podium will not re-resolve the market. (If a rider has won an earlier stage but already been disqualified, that stage will not count toward the 2 stage wins.)
