Resolves:

100% to the #1 placed team before the playoff

85% to #2

70% to #3

55% to #4

45% to #5

30% to #6
15% to #7

0% to #8

The resolution source will probably be the official website, but they don't seem to have this up yet.

The table normally has tiebreaking procedures built in. We will follow the tiebreakers and use the table as published. If the table displays two teams as "4th place", then we would resolve them both to the average of the 4th and 5th place percentages.
