Trying to mainly ask about any form of directed or specialized program/study/training beyond a broad baseline education that young people might go through in your region.

If you're retired you will pick the "previously employed" one that fits.

If you're a typical young student you can choose whether you never pursued studies or if you did, go based on how you feel.

"Employed" means whatever you want it to mean; if you had a part time or seasonal job or some other kind of work you can decide whether that counts.
