The 'winner' will be based on the rider awarded the trophy for the general classification at the podium presentation at the conclusion of the final stage. If there is no podium presentation but there is an announcement of the winner, this resolves based on the first person announced by the race organizer to be the winner. Changes after the final winner is announced (e.g. late disqualification) will not change the result of this market.

Due to the considerable amount of liquidity at stake in this market, and the platform not allowing me to withdraw liquidity at a later date, I reserve the right to close trading on the question while the outcome is still in doubt.
1,000FDJ announced Demi is being evaluated for concussion today and then again tomorrow and they will determine if she starts the stage.
Since I can't withdraw or otherwise manage my liquidity investment, I'm setting the closing time for 7 hours from now -- if Demi leaves the race I'm not willing to pay someone 15,000 mana just to tell everyone after the fact. Predict it beforehand if you think she won't start tomorrow. If she stays in the race I'll probably reopen the market after tomorrow's stage. If she leaves the race or the situation changes dramatically, I'll just make another copy.
All your bets will still count, I just don't want to pay for news updates -- I'm giving a lot of liquidity because I want you to predict things before they happen.
Due to weird rules on this site about liquidity (I can't withdraw my liquidity on this market type), this market is going to close before each stage and if one of the listed riders abandons or something, it probably won't reopen. Eventually I will just leave it closed if the question is not interesting to me anymore.
