Resolution criteria

The Banned and Restricted announcement occurs on February 9, 2026. This market resolves based on the official announcement from Wizards of the Coast published at https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/announcements. Each answer resolves YES if one or more cards are added to the ban list for that format on this date.

The "No formats will have bans added" option resolves YES only if zero formats receive new bans. If any format receives both bans and unbans, it still counts as having bans added.

Additions to "restricted" list or "game changers" list in formats where those apply do not count.

Structural changes (e.g. changing how commander tiers work) do not count.
