Resolution criteria

This market resolves to YES if an official indictment is filed against Péter Szijjártó by any competent prosecutor's office, court, or investigative authority in Hungary or an international legal body (such as the International Criminal Court) before 11:59 PM UTC on July 31, 2026. The market resolves to NO if no such indictment is formally issued by this deadline.

An "indictment" is defined as a formal, publicly documented criminal charge or act of accusation. Mere investigations, allegations in media reports, or political statements do not qualify as an indictment. The resolution will rely on official announcements from judicial or prosecutorial authorities, or reliable, verifiable reports from reputable international news outlets confirming such a legal action.
