Ludwig's MCSR World Championship
Historically lowk3y_ has avoided IRL events, so seems unlikely he would attend this one. For the purposes of the market, I will count "attempt to qualify" as playing in either of the LCQs for the MCSR World Championship, regardless of his actual attendance or success of qualification attempt. A YES resolution requires at least one seed played by lowk3y_ (including early forfeits), so if he initially signs up but then withdraws before his first match, that would not count.
