Will my PCR test from Thursday return positive?

I went to EAGx Boston (~1000 person convention) last weekend and met/partied with hundreds of people.

Symptoms started appearing Tuesday, got worse Wed/Thurs, and are much better Friday.

I took a lateral flow on Mon and a cue test on Wed. Both Negative. I haven't heard the results of Thursday's PCR yet.

The two guys I stayed with over the weekend both got sick and tested PCR negative. They developed symptoms at a similar time as me.

My friend Raj tested positive. He went to the same conference and we spent a bunch of time together (though mostly on Mon and Tues).
