Shouldn’t this have resolved as No? It was a tie - Juventude didn’t beat Internacional, it only advanced thanks to penalties

@Dosbre As per the regulatiopns of FIFA and CBF, and any betting portal, a tie resolved through penalties doest not count as a victory - it is still a tie. You may say Juventude advanced to the final, but you may not say it beat Internacional. Even for counting points for national classification or for playoff purposes, if a game is decided through penaltie it still counts as a tie (just look at São Paulo’s state championship, where the bracket for the semifinals is defined by the combined points throughout the championship, and Novorizontino received one point in the quarter-finals as it beat São Paulo in through penalties - as this counts as a tie).
