To be considered an "actual" attempt the suspect must be arrested/eliminated WITHIN the outer most secure boundary maintained by either SS or local LEO with what would be considered a "real and lethal threat".(must be more than showing up wanting to run on stage and throw a punch/"strangle" with bare hands)

Successful Assassination will result in the same positive out come as attempted.
