Resolves according to amount of money raised in total (combining candidate committee money and outside money) by each candidate as reported by Open Secrets: https://www.opensecrets.org/2024-presidential-race which uses Federal Election Commission data. I will resolve once Open Secrets posts amounts based on Federal Election Commission data released after election day (i.e. anytime after November 5th, 2024).

Open Secrets statement on Biden to Harris switch: "The Biden for President campaign committee has now been renamed Harris for President. This page shows all campaign data that was formerly listed under President Joe Biden. Currently, we are not displaying any of the outside groups (including super PACs and Carey committees) that supported Biden, as we can't immediately verify their status after Biden's departure from the race."

I will default to Open Secrets' decision on what money should count toward Harris' amount raised.
