@Irigi To cover the entire world, it has to be structured in a way that if in the locality it is occurring in it is September 14, then it counts. It's a long day, but it is still technically a day.
@DerekHarris Thank you. So if it is September 14 UTC, but in the local time where the tornado happened it is September 13 local time, then it does not count, correct? (If so, I propose to mention in in your question descriptions).
