Resolves YES if the official Nasdaq closing price of AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) on July 2, 2026 is at or above $150.00, per Yahoo Finance (finance.yahoo.com/quote/ASTS). If July 2, 2026 is not a trading day, the most recent prior trading day's close is used. In the event of any stock split or reverse split before resolution, the $150.00 threshold is adjusted proportionally. Resolves NO otherwise.
