The Notre Dame cathedral in Paris was badly damaged by fire in April 2019. The reconstruction since then has moved ahead with hundreds of stonemasons, carpenters, glassmakers and other artisans working on restoring the historical building. Recently the spire was completed with a new golden rooster on top.

The French government has now set a goal to reopen the Notre Dame to the public on December 8th, 2024. This market will resolve as yes if that date is met (local time), no if not.

First public mass was held today, December 8th. France delivered. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/12/08/world/europe/notre-dame-reopened-mass.html?smid=nytcore-android-share
To clarify resolution criteria, if there is an opening ceremony/mass/celebration that provides limited access to the general public on December 8th, possibly via some reservation or lottery system, this market will resolve to yes.
If access is restricted to only clergymen, notables, and/or people involved with the restauration on the 8th, this market will resolve to no.

It sounds like "ceremonial reopening activities" will take place on time (on the current schedule), but access to the public will be at least a few days later:
https://www.travelweekly.com/Europe-Travel/Notre-Dame-Cathedral-Paris-reopening-December
will reopen to individual visitors daily from 7:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. beginning on Dec. 16.

Ceremonial opening activities will begin Dec. 7, and the first public access to the cathedral, in the afternoons of Dec. 10 to 15, is meant for all individuals involved in the restoration project.
I definitely expect it will be delayed, as it's a complex construction project with a date set 10 months in advance
