This market will resolve YES if any U.S. federal law-enforcement or intelligence agency (including but not limited to the FBI, DOJ, or DHS) publicly classifies or describes at least one U.S. mass-casualty attacker in 2026 as a “Nihilistic Violent Extremist (NVE)”, or uses clearly equivalent terminology indicating nihilistic, ideologically incoherent violent extremism.

To be eligible:

• The attacker must have committed the mass-casualty event after December 15, 2025

• The event must have occurred within the United States or in a United States territory or in a United States Military base

• The attacker must have caused multiple casualties (killed and/or injured)
