I was tempted to resolve this to yes because the official Veo3 model card explicitly states "latent diffusion", but cannot find a similar official source on Veo2. In absence of other evidence i will probably have to resolve to NO.

Will resolve to YES if the VEO2 video generation models are officially announced to be using diffusion in their architecture. 

NO otherwise (for example auto-regressive transformer with no diffusion).

NO if architecture details are still not available by the deadline.
