Barring anything exceptional, I only intend to resolve to the single outcome that best describes the speech. For example, if he apologizes a lot and ends up resigning, this will resolve to "Resigning". This will be a judgement call, but I'll use media headlines as a first approximation. I'll keep the number of options limited so betting on any one is reasonable.
