Hypothetical:

If he privates every video on his channel except for a video that's uploaded at 11:59pm on December 31st, 2023 that gets 1 view, that would meet the crtieria for this market to resolve to YES.

YES = His most viewed video when sorting by popular on Dsetiny's main YouTube channel was published in 2023.

NO = The most viewed video when sorting by popular on Destiny's main YouTube channel was not published in 2023.
